In the business world, very little can be done alone. As a rule, to translate the vision into reality, to come into contact with other people and structural units. They have the ability to anticipate, interpret the situation, ingenuity and ability to establish relationships.

We call it a seminar on distributed, or dispersed, leadership. Distributed leadership - is that the organization can be done anywhere in the top, bottom, or somewhere in the middle of the organizational structure. Purpose of this seminar - to help people develop the four main skills, which we believe to be important for the dispersal of leadership: the ability to anticipate, interpret the situation, resourcefulness and ability to establish relationships.

One thing is for sure, the world as we know it is changing and shall continue to change even more further. The real question are we going to be prepared to deal with it ever changing nature, we have to manage how to adapt to the change and make it profitable for our future careers and ourselves, but so far we continue to demonstrate the stubbornness and reluctance to accept the change.
