What Causes Hangovers

Hangovers are normally experienced after an individual has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol into their system or when an individual consumes too much alcohol in a short period of time, which then leads to the system experiencing a series of nauseating feelings. After consuming alcohol exceeding what the system is able to process, the contaminants from the alcohol increases up to greater than the system can efficiently digest which makes you to feel sick.
The symptoms of having a hangover may include nausea, headaches, dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea etc. In situations where your system takes in too much alcohol the ethanol from the alcohol increases your system’s urine production which in turn causes your system to dehydrate. When dehydration occurs then this results in fatigue and can even cause headaches. The ethanol in the alcohol is then digested into acetaldehyde which is even more toxic than the alcohol itself.
During this time the system becomes exposed to the acetaldehyde while it is being broken down into acetic acid. The nauseas feeling is comes as a reaction from the alcohol ...
... in the body’s stomach lining. A hangover is also the result of the alcohol being made with certain preservatives which are in a lot of cases intentionally added in order enhance or sweeten the flavor of the drink. These preservatives include metals like zinc and others. Congeners are also another form of impurity which forms during the fermentation process when the beverage is being made. Congeners are usually found in low grade wines and dark liquors such as whiskey and red wine.
Another way in which someone may get hangovers is consuming processed goods. Livestock products are induced with a lot of artificial substance such as antibiotics and growth hormones. Other goods which are grown contain a lot of different types of substances from fertilizers, pesticides and fungicides. Then some of those food is kept in toxic insecticides. These mixture of various chemicals aid to put pressure on your liver and other important organs that help to replenish your system from potentially harmful contents taken in the system, when this happens then persons can encounter hangovers. If your liver is overloaded, drinking alcoholic beverages may push your system over the edge and cause you to getting a hangover.
