Support and motivation are two of the key factors in building a workforce that can overcome challenges and ignore distractions that reduce productivity. •Provide support: Providing support for employees with mental or physical health problems lets them know they are cared for, fostering a better work environment and encouraging health and wellbeing.

•Allow flexibility: Flexibility is increasingly encouraged in workplaces, as it allows employees to be more rested and gives them time to handle personal tasks outside of work.

Using these tips, employers can build a more resilient workforce and see positive improvements in their daily operations and in employee productivity. Understand the needs and wants of your employees, consider participating in resilience training, promote resilience in the workplace, and improve the office environment by making positive changes.
