How To Take Care Of Your Health Before It Is Too Late
There is hardly anyone who is not stressed or worn out today. The pressure in the work front has increased to such an extent that all we can think about is meeting our deadlines and completing the project on time. As such our personal life has become bonkers. We don’t have anything called a personal life anymore. We work round the clock and even on weekends. We have to keep in touch via our smartphones so that the moment the client contacts us we can reply promptly. Although we know that this is not right and we should do something to change it, sadly we are running a vicious circle, which seems difficult to overcome.
Stress and fatigue has become so common that whenever we get any free time, we prefer to sleep than do anything else. In order to maintain the social life we party on the weekends that leave out further tired. Before we can even recover the next week starts. And this cycle is an ongoing continuous one. Yet, it is important that in between all these, we should take care of ourselves as much as we can. Do you know this is the reason people in the age group of 40 to 45 years are retiring? ...
... They are unable to take the pressure any more and all their creativity and skill is fizzing out. Moreover with the advancement of technology the corporate houses are looking for youngsters who will work for them. Thus the retirement age is slowly shifting from 60 years to 50 years.
By the time you reach 50 years of age, your body will be full of pain and aches and the desire to take care of it will vanish. So it is important that you start from now. Start bringing about small changes on a daily basis. Change what you eat, incorporate more green leafy vegetables, legumes, fibers so that your body gets the required nutrients and essentials. Drink at least 8 glasses of water so that your body remains well hydrated at all the times. Drinking water helps to clear your bowel system, your skin will glow, and your hair fall will reduce to a great extent. Stop eating fast foods and cold drinks. Minimize their intake as much as possible. We are not asking you to do all this at one go. But slowly bring about the change from now on so that by the time you reach your retirement age you are not down and out.
In addition to all these, why don’t you visit a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner? Ancient Chinese medicine is really very effective. They are made out of medicinal plants. They are 100% side effects free and help to cure ailments in a natural way. Regular intake will improve your digestion, lower cholesterol, will help to burn calories and will also improve your overall health. In other words, you are taking care of your body in the most natural way possible. Share your thoughts on this.
