Making Sure Your Employees Are Satisfied With Your Leave Policies
This is probably one of the most important steps needed to build a satisfactory leave policy for your employees. Often managers and employers base their changes based on analytical information, which naturally proves to be effective, but the input which your employees can give is invaluable. Ask your employees if they are happy with how things work for now and if not, what changes do they suggest.
You will probably be surprised at the variability of responses that you receive, as different employees will have different problems with leave policies. When they point out the issues they face, it will allow you to build a system which helps everyone- thus ensuring that your employees will feel appreciated, which in turn increases their productivity.
