Switch To Butter Chicken Roll For Filling Breakfast Choice In The Morning
You might have tried different rolls in different street food joints or restaurants. But if you wish to try a recipe of roll with different flavours; we might have a unique combination of taste and flavours. If you like the flavour of butter chicken, this recipe might just become one of your favourite snacks on the go.
Let’s start with the ingredients you will need to infuse roll in butter chicken. It is quite simple to cook and do not take too much of your time. The ingredients of butter chicken recipe in roll are as follows:

1. All-purpose flour
2. Water
3. Salt
4. Oil
5. Mayonnaise
6. Schezwan Sauce
7. Sliced onions
For butter chicken thick gravy
1. Chicken cooked into pieces
2. Butter
3. 2 Chopped onions
4. 2 chopped tomatoes
5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
6. 2tbsp cashew paste
7. Dry spices: salt, red chilli powder, garam masala ...

Instructions:
There are two steps for making a perfect roll.
Step1: Making the butter chicken thick gravy
Take a frying pan and heat the butter. Add the chopped onions along with ginger garlic paste and let it cook till the onion turns golden. Add the chopped tomatoes and let it turn soft. Add all the dry spices in the gravy along with cashew paste.
Let it cook for at least 10 minutes. Switch off the flame and transfer the gravy into the grinder. Grind the same in a fine paste. Keep it aside for a while. Make sure that the gravy is thick, as we are going to put the same in the roll.
Step2: Making the roll
Take a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of all-purpose flour. Add the salt in the mixture and add water in intervals to make perfect dough. Keep the dough aside for at least 10 minutes to let it ferment itself.
Now take a portion of dough and roll it well. Not take a dough roller and roll the ball into a flat bread shape in circular motion. This is how you will prepare the roll base. Now switch on the flame and heat a little oil in the flat pan. Transfer the roll spread on the same and cook both the sides for at least 2 minutes.
Once the roll is crispy, take it out from the pan and spread the butter chicken gravy in the roll. Add the mayonnaise along with chopped onions and schezwan sauce. Roll it properly in the shape of Frankie and serve it hot for your family. Kids love this butter chicken recipe surprise in the roll.
