The human body comprises of 206 bones and these constitute the entire skeletal system. The density and strength of a skeletal system depends upon the calcium intake of the body and its absorption by the bones. As the bones make up the whole body, it is important to keep the calcium level good. This results in good posture and other issues that may crop up due to weak bones are prevented. Natural Calcium Sources

1. Leafy Vegetables: Any green and leafy vegetables can be added to the diet to increase the calcium in the body. With numerous sources present in nature, it is important to understand the deficiency of the body and act upon it accordingly.
