Under the Honda BigWing portfolio of premium motorcycles, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has announced for an aggressive growth plan for premium motorbikes in India. Under the plans, Honda has presented that the brand will be focusing on the manufacturing of big bikes in India. The key focus will be on the current assembly and importing operations under completely knocked down (CKD) kits, and also the import of completely built units (CBU). As per HMSI, the company will be focusing on "Make in India for the world" as a new initiative.
