Hair plays an important role in making a person look beautiful. People also adopt various remedies to prevent hair fall and grow. There are some good home remedies in Ayurveda to get rid of falling hair, we are going to tell you about this in this article.

1. Onion

After cutting the onion or grating, apply it on the hair in the place where the hair has fallen, due to this, new hair will start growing again in a few days. Onion is the panacea for bald water.

2. Banana

Banana is also used to grow hair, after making banana pulp mixed with lemon juice and applying it on the hair, hair starts growing again. Banana is also the treatment of baldness.

3. Urad Dal:

Urad dal is also used to grow hair. Keep urad dal in the boil at night and grind it in the morning and apply it on the head, after applying for a few days, hair starts growing again. It is also a good treatment for scalp hair.

4. Spikenard

Boil the roots of spikenard with coconut oil and after cooling it, apply it on the hair every night before sleeping. This stops untimely hair fall.

5. Neem leaf

... leaves and gooseberry powder in water and wash the head with this water. Do wash your head with this water at least once a week. Doing this stops hair fall in no time.

6. Coconut Milk

Apply coconut milk on the head with the help of a brush. After this, cover the head with a towel and leave it for about 20 minutes. After removing the towel, wash the hair with cold water and get it shampooed.

7. Olive oil

Make a paste by mixing a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of cinnamon powder in olive oil lightly. Apply this paste on the head. After 15 minutes wash the hair with lukewarm water. Hair loss problem will be finished in a few days. Do not rub your hair excessively after washing it, this causes hair to break and fall. Wiping hair gently with soft towels or gently rubbing it gently with hands, rubbing it faster is a risk of hair breakage and loss.
