• One main meal, you can take an option of making one meal important which can be either a lunch or a dinner (a proper normal meal)
• Two meals as a snacks
• Two other meals as chocolate meals, these will be wholly chocolate meal
• One meal as a chocolate treat probably after dinner
In this plan only two meals are wholly chocolate meal and the remaining four meals are normal meal, you can take a food of your own choice but avoiding foods which have high amount of saturated fatty acids and sugar content like dairy products, deep-fried meats, carbonated drinks, etc. will be a healthy choice and the result will be effective.
Although dark chocolates have numerous health benefits which improve the blood flow in your body and lower blood pressure, brain function, skin and overall metabolism of the body, it has its own adverse effect if it is not taken in right manner and basically one should avoid this diet plan for a long term since it is termed under fad diet.
