However, it does have a different form that allows freedom to the body as per their wish. The aim of power yoga is to make sure that the soul and body of an individual are well synchronized, along with its different aspects.
Difference between hatha yoga and power yoga
There is a much major difference between Hatha and power yoga. They have a completely different method towards each other and are a totally different form of yoga. It helps in a few things that can allow a person to work generously.
1. They have a different number of poses, and also, it has a different method as per the longer pose can be held.
2. Besides this, both the yoga forms work on a different part of flexibility and strength.
3. The breath and body movement is another difference between both of them that allows them to understand the entire aspect.
