The Difference Between Hatha Yoga & Power Yoga

Yoga is one of the important parts of the life of an individual. It has numerous benefits that can help in setting up our lives in a correct manner. However, there is a different type of yoga that really be existent in this world. Before going any more, let us know what actual yoga is.
What is yoga?
Yoga is the poses that are comprised of asana and pranayama. These types of postures and poses have a number of different categorizations that allow one to understand the total concept. It helps in improving the flexibility on the physical level. Along with it, this also allows us to sleep better and have a lower risk or injuries.
In addition to this, yoga also helps in improving the presentation on the athletic level and improve blood circulation. Yoga allows an individual to fight against anxiety and depression.

What is power yoga?
This type of yoga is one of the forms that follow a Vinyasa and an intense form of yoga style. It is one of the foremost forms that allows the similarity to the Ashtanga. However, it does have a different form that allows freedom to the body as per their wish. The aim of power yoga is to make sure that the soul and body of an individual are well synchronized, along with its different aspects.
Difference between hatha yoga and power yoga
There is a much major difference between Hatha and power yoga. They have a completely different method towards each other and are a totally different form of yoga. It helps in a few things that can allow a person to work generously.
1. They have a different number of poses, and also, it has a different method as per the longer pose can be held.
2. Besides this, both the yoga forms work on a different part of flexibility and strength.
3. The breath and body movement is another difference between both of them that allows them to understand the entire aspect.
