What are the phases of a project development?
There are five phases for a project to develop properly and successfully. The phases are listed as follow:
Phase 1: Initiation

Phase 2: Planning and design

Also, the area must be chalked out to give the best possible spacing and living area.
Phase 3: Execution
This is the process where the plans are delivered and completed. Execution is again a vital process. It is necessary to match every step of the designed planned. Also this is the final step where any kind of changes in design is done. Many teams are assigned during this process, a lot of meetings, status, and development reports are made and chalked out.
Phase 4: Monitoring
This is the phase that collides with the previous one and is carried out under two to four officers assigned by the project manager. Their job is to monitor each and every step, be it of least importance and prepare reports on the progress and development of the work. They check if the planning is carried out properly and is visible in the construction.
