The immune system is the defense system that protects our body from foreign matter, pathogens, and bacteria. If our immune system is weakened, it fails to fight harmful bacteria, and hence we can fall sick. Halasana
Halasana ...

Setu Bandhasana
Setu Bandhasana or Bridge Pose opens the heart and improved the energy level of the body. This helps to put a better resistance against pathogens.
Shirshasana
Shirshasana is also known as Headstand. This inverted posture gives mental clarity and strength, which contributes to a strong immune system.
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasna or Cobra Pose opens the chest and increases the blood circulation in the body. Through the increased blood flow, the immune system is strengthened.
