YouTube does not allow its users to directly download videos from the site to their personal storage. The reason is quite simple - all videos uploaded have copyrights on them with various and different terms of reuse. You cannot just download and use them in your own content without asking the permission of the owner of the original content or buying a license.

But there are loads of free sites too, that provide videos both free from any watermark and absolutely free of cost, something that Shutterstock does not.
