There are lots of healthy foods in our daily life, especially for women. Seven kinds of things every woman must eat are introduced in the following article.

Berry
An ounce of berries contains more antioxidants than any other food. Research said these compounds not only reduce your risk of illness, but also help you against memory loss. One glass of any kind of fresh or frozen berries as the goal, at least three times a week. Greens

Yogurt
Pure yogurt with low fat or non-fat is an excellent substance which contains vitamins, protein, and calcium. Healthy bacteria is considered as probiotic which can crowd out pathogens.
