Learning from most of the popular public speaker on the issues of Internet proliferation, everyone listening can not escape from the feeling that life as we know it have changed so drastically and dramatically so all of us have missed that change and so missed the life. What do we know about the life and living is outdated and no longer valid or applicable to judge our own perceptions and values. Is it so ? The question is troublesome for many people including myself, or is it me only, who are so affected by the invisible change ? I think it is not only arguable, it is fake, there is no changes in day to day life as we know it because people that we know did not change and they do not know about any changes as such in their life and functions as they know it. So may be we are all are being pushed into new fabricated reality of tomorrow which may not come any time soon, but only envisioned by internet people as possible or desirable, but still imaginable, not true today. But what about the example we all hear, they are here, they are for real. May be so, but what do they really tells us, that life has changes ? or there is certain ...
... technological advancement that have changed while life remained to be as such we know it. Did the needs and wants of our society changed ? To the large degree is not, some have changed or being substituted but not entirely the premise of the needs and wants still remains to be the same as we have learned it while we were growing up so will learn in the same way and fashion our children same life values and will learn to want same thing as we do. What reality have changed is the way people learn about life, it is visible advanced since the past decade. I the same fashion we can look at the history to see that this kind of changes did happened in the past many time, and did bring social changes to every society and people living in those time, but life has never changed, the needs and wants did remained to be intact no matter what technology have brought about and how it did affect the learning capabilities of people. Life has always remained to be the same, when people start reading after the invent of the printing, people have learned tremendously more and faster, but their needs and wants remains unchanged. People start traveling more often and freely, and learned a great deal of things unimaginable before, but life did not change back then either. Public education and free press have expanded the human horizons and perceptions, but society remained to be unchanged. So how is it going to be different this time around? Today everyone noticed that we stopped writing letters and post cards, we have substituted it with electronic post, or mail as it more frequently referred to, but we did not stop writing, even more so with advent of electronic alternatives for post mail and cards we did in fact start to write a lot more then we ever used to, and most definitely more then any previous generations. The fact of the matter that electronic way of sending our messages still remained to be called electronic mail, or email as a shorter version came into life, only confirms that life as we know it shall continue, it will survive, we just have to change the wrapper, as we change our clothes, as we did change bikes for cars, trains for airplanes. So my believe that more we are going to change the methods more we shall stay the same.
