New Canada Business Immigration Policy-00-6201

The new Business Express Program is intended and designed to offer a number of advantages to business people and skilled workers who wish to resettle to live and work and do business in Canada. The new initiatives are set to bring process and practice of making immigration to Canada much simpler and what more important faster then all other initiative earlier. This is to include reduction of paperwork, the priority processing of visa applications and, if necessary, exclusive service. Under this initiative, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) works closely with Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, as well as centers for receipt of applications from potential candidates for immigration to Canada. New Business Immigration Program in Canada targets people working in diverse industries and different focus companies that need and will want to have the opportunities to travel to Canada and do it frequently. However, participation in this program is by invitation only from commercial section or and visa section of the Canadian Embassy or and by Export Development Canada to determine which of the potential and prospective business people and companies are better positioned to develop business ties with Canada.

Companies with a good record on immigration, that is to say, those employees who were eligible and who have already traveled to Canada have complied with the country's immigration laws and those with a significant number of Business visitors regularly travel to Canada, are invited by the Embassy of Canada to join the program. Only registered companies can apply for a visa through the simplified treatment.
