Rosacea is a chronic skin disorder which affects many people worldwide. Usually it is a non-curable but it may go up and down. It is different from the traditional acne. Generally it affects the central part of the face and nose and the area which normally blush. This area includes chin, forehead and the lower part of the nose. Rosacea is commonly seen in the people who are having Irish and the Scottish background and have fair or light skin.

Most of the people are unaware of this fact that they are affected by Rosacea. They assume that they have gotten sunburned or they blush easily. Usually the main symptoms of Rosacea include red cysts, pink or irritated eyes, small red bumps, red or pink patches and visible broken blood vessels. It usually affects the people between the age of thirty and sixty five years. Though mostly women get affected by Rosacea then men but the severity is more in men than women.

4. Exposure to sunlight and intake of certain foods like chocolate, spicy seasoning etc. contributes a lot to the severity of Rosacea. So try to avoid the intake of these things.

5. Avoid to wash your skin with warm water as warm water will further dry the skin and it will increased the symptoms of Rosacea. Instead of warm water you may use lukewarm water.

6. Avoid rubbing your skin as it will further irritate the skin and it will damage the sensitive skin.
