For the Bank of Nova Scotia we were mandated to manage, administer and enhance the value of its delinquent portfolio in the Ottawa area. The value of this portfolio was in excess of $15 million. Through effective marketing and proactive management practices, we eliminated a 30% vacancy rate and repositioned the property to attract the highest possible rental rates. The bank surpassed their financial goals by over $500,000 in net proceeds.

For Royal Trust we managed and administered in excess of $14 million of real estate consistently achieving greater than expected net proceeds. This portfolio contained numerous commercial properties.

For Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation we managed a $2 million portfolio. Results were the same as above.
