Generally, this condition is also called varicoses which usually occurs when your veins becomes enlarge, swollen and overfilled with blood. This condition looks like bluging, bluish cords running under the surface of your skin. Almost affects legs and feet which are generally not hurtful as it looks. They happen when the valves in the veins do not work properly, so the blood does not flow effectively. Varicose veins contain one-way valves to ensure proper blood circulation towards the heart. Failure of these valves allows blood to circulate in back direction down the veins and results in an overload of pressure when standing. This excess pressure leads to widening of the veins so that they do not close properly. Blood then flows back into the leg along these veins and causes varicose veins to develop. Raised pressure in these veins also encourages the development of spider veins and discoloured areas which look like bruises.

The main symptoms of varicose veins are:

• pregnancy
• menopause
• age over 50
• Standing for long periods of time
• obesity
• family history

Apart from the symptoms, there are many solutions to avoid this condition as:

• Avoid standing for long periods of time.
• Lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
• Exercise to improve your circulation and working of the body
• Use compression socks or stockings to avoid pressure n legs
• Eating a high-fiber, low-salt diet for a healthy weight.

Therefore, it is necessary to maintain your perfect weight for a healthy lifestyle because obesity is the root of unwanted diseases and problems which disturbs our life.
