Andaman Tourism is heaven for absolute nature and adventure lovers. The beauty of these islands is unparallel. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands is characterised by pleasant weather, crystal blue sea, breathtaking sceneries, intriguing colonial past, exquisite cuisines and benign locals. On the whole the beauty of The Andaman’s is a photographer’s delight be it the underwater corals and colourful fishes, the exotic beaches, the mangroves , the lime stone caves, the mud volcano, the natural bridge, the turtles at Digilpur, there is no end to what the lens of a camera man can capture. This is a secluded beach from where you can you can witness the most beautiful sunset ever. Just listening to the sound of ocean’s heartbeat watching the sunset is blissful. It is also known as the Bird Island as there are around 46 species of birds, orchids and white spotted deer. These islands are dotted with mangroves and a quiet forest making it a paradise for nature lovers and photographers.

The Radhanagar Beach is the hidden treasure of this island and pride of Andaman Packages as the World Travellers Awards instated this Beach of Havelock Island as the “8th most spectacular beach in the world” apart from being the “best beach in Asia.” The beach is embellished with soft cushion like snow white lined by Mahua trees. At Bartang Island you have plenty to photograph and capture. You can see the Mud Volcano 4 km away from the boat jetty. The boat ride to the lime stone caves is magnificent. It passes through a narrow mangrove creek which is an experience of a life time. The massive alluvial formations, inside the caves, forming different patterns are a delight for photographers.

This phenomenal bridge connects land to sea and also to the land. You will be amazed by nature’s artistic revelation. This natural bridge formed by the rocks is a treasure for photographers. This arch of land that connects to its two bases five meter apart. The passage below the bridge gives it a look of a natural bridge.

During December and January, turtles go through a gestation period, which makes them roam the beaches of Digilpur. You can witness this on the Ram Nagar Beach, a rare sight for lucky tourist and photographers.

This park is rich in corals, varieties of coloured fishes, sea turtles etc. It is also a bird’s paradise, with 271 varieties of birds, including 39 that are endemic.

Take a tour down the Anthropological Museum, giving insights into the lives of indigenous tribes, in Port Blair, giving a glimpse of the biodiversity of Marine life.

This uninhabited island is the only active volcano in South Asia. With the most recent volcanic erupt ion Barren Island is a rare sight to behold even when it is not exploding. It is a marvellous site for photography.
