You can always check the videos of great speakers to understand their approach. Steve Jobs did not follow any techniques or followed the most recommended framework. To gauge every speakers’ method, you can watch a few TED talks. They are generally reticent and wonky. What makes a speaker great is the one who makes their presence felt with their passion and expertise of the topic.

3) Authenticity: We all can read human behavior and know who is authentic and not. Authenticity creates a trusted bond and establishes credibility. The rest becomes superfluous. The moment you focus on authenticity and presence, you can adjust your style based on the occasion. You can present a pitch-perfect speech to an intimate group who are meant for group interactions.

4) Body language: You already know how to communicate effectively and in a natural way. You always do it with your friends and family. It is when we are stressed, nervous, and filled with anxiety that we forget what we learnt. Speech training asks you to deliver the topic in a relaxed situation and notice your body language. While presenting a topic say to yourself, ‘not to adopt anyone else.’ Put yourself in real-life opportunities, where you can practice and increases your confidence.
