Many Students join the engineering for better future but they don’t know how to proceed further. Every engineer has lots of career opportunity in the all over world. Understanding the opportunities with higher education and better job prospects is important. Here we are discussing some career option for engineering aspirants to select right career options.

1. Opportunities with higher education

After completing graduation students can join any of the following programs

M.tech /M.S: It is the best option who seeks for good career in the computer science field. It is easy to get job after these two programmes. M.Tech is 2 years programme , and M.S is 3 years programmers.

Ph.D: students who are interested in research field they can join this program. Some colleges provide duel program (M.tech + Ph.D). Aspirants looking out for better career in research field can pursue for PhD.

M.B.A: A flourishing field for students looking out for earning serious dime. Current trend shows people preferring prestigious universities from abroad for management courses. But the improved quality of education ...
... and standard of infrastructure has led people to prefer prestigious business schools from India like IIM (Ahmedabad) etc.

For enrollment there are many entrance exam conducted by the governing body
Few of them are GATE, GRE, GMAT, CAT, TIFR, TOEFL, IELTS, other private university exams, and statewide PG exams.

2. Opportunity without higher education

There are lots of opportunities after completing technical degree students can select any of the following opportunities and start preparation for the exams and interviews.

Campus Placements: colleges provides campus placement for the final year students, through which students placed on high package.

Off Campus jobs: Students can also try off campus jobs, there are many private companies who provide you jobs some companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, Oracle, CISRO, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Apple, Acer, Toshiba, Intel, Dell, Canon, HCL, HP, Adobe, Tech Mahindra, Lenovo, Asus, Toshiba, BMW, Bosch etc.

There are many government fields who offer jobs for the technical students. In research field BARC, DRDO, ISRO, CSIR, Scientist or research posts in IITs and research institutes, etc.

Those who are not interested in research field they can go in this field PGCIL, ONGC, BBNL, DMRC, IOCL, NLC, BSNL, NTPC, HAL, BEL, Air India, NIC, ITI Ltd, Indian Air force, LIC, CIL, Indian Navy, Defence jobs, Civil services, state PSUs, other govt state and central jobs.

For this students have to give exams of GATE, SSB, AFCAT, State PSU exams, SSC, Civil Services Exam, UPSC exams
Students those are interested in banking sector they can give exams such as IBPS, SBI, RBI, and more.

In spite of these students can go any field in which they want to go like IAS, IPS, TV world, Mass communication etc.
