School and University students always need to be on the optimal stage of their cerebral activity, if they wish to top their semesters and final exams. Although practicing with their subjects and worksheets are some good ways to achieve that state, they sure are not fun and exciting. But can we expect brain-scintillating activities to be such? Can we attain a higher level of concentration and improved memory by doing something that’s challenging yet interesting, and serious yet entertaining? A brain game that’s more addictive than any prescribed or non-prescribed drug. Simple as anything, and yet takes an eternity to solve if you are not an expert. Not only that, it's cheaper than your set of jigsaw-puzzles, and don’t even need to go to the toy shop to purchase it. All you have to do is to sit and open up your daily newspaper, along with a pen of course. The benefits of this game include:

And finally, the alpha of all brain games; Chess. The nature and class of this game are such, that almost country that could, claims have invented it. Although its widely accepted that the brain behind this “best brain-game that ever was and ever will” is India. Professionals like scientists, army officers, doctors, and administrative level bureaucrats can be easily seen practicing chess as part of their hobby.
