PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is polyester of PTA. PET exist in two forms amorphous and semi crystalline. Third form crystalline is very less common. During production, the material lends itself to a lesser temperature and mechanical effect, which improves the quality of the cap. As compression moulding machine rotates continuously along with its rotating turrets, orientation and alignment of outgoing caps allows for the simple insertion of video cameras, feedback-connected to the machine itself which triggers the machine and the machine rejects the defective closures directly to the scrap bin.
