While you are practicing Pilates, make sure to go out, chill and relax with friends. Eat outside food but in moderation. This is because if you skip outside food all of a sudden then your cravings to have them will increase manifold and then when you cheat, you will binge eat so much that everything will pile back. Don’t alienate yourself completely. Think of a feasible plan that will work out for you and stick to it. If required fix an appointment with a nutritionist and ask for healthy alternatives. He or she will come up with a plan that includes proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, and fats – everything in moderation. He or she will highlight the intervals between your eating times and by when you should finish your last meal of the day. Stick to these principles and you will see positive results. The moment you bring in a discipline in your life, you will notice the difference. It is because we are living an irregular lifestyle that we are unable to be fit and active.
