The Ministry of Housing and Development has launched a two-page form for people looking for help under the PMAY scheme. Here is a look at what the two-page entails:

1. Page One- It includes the space where the applicant needs enter their name and their Aadhaar number. Both are used in conjunction to verify the identity of the person looking for the assistance.

2. Page Two- It explains more in-depth about the application process. Along with the residential address and head of the family, it requires you to fill up other details as applicable.

• Select Benefits under Other 3 Components in the Citizen Assessment section of the page
• Enter the Aadhaar number and click ‘submit’
• Enter personal information, such as address, annual income, religion, caste, no of family members and others
• Once you enter these details, click on submit
The application process for Slum Dwellers for PMAY:
• Log into the official PMAY website
• Choose the ‘For Slum Dwellers from the Citizen Assessment from the drop-down menu
• Enter Aadhaar number and click submit
• Enter information regarding your name, number of family members, contact number, religion, caste and more
• Click submit once you have entered all the information
