My Pizza Dough Recipe
How to make Pizza Dough without Yeast
2 1/2 cup (450 grams) flour
3 teaspoons (13 grams) baking powder
1 teaspoon (6 grams) salt
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
3/4 to 1 cup (180 to 240 milliliters) water
Steps:
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Next add some warm water and oil.
3. Then stir all ingredients together until the mixture forms a round. (Put more water if the dough becomes too stiff.)
4. Place the dough onto a floured cutting board and knead the ball of dough gently for a few minutes. The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Sprinkle a little flour on the dough if it is too sticky to knead.
5. Spread the dough onto a pizza pan or a flat baking sheet. Smooth out the dough so that it is uniformly even.
6. Next, Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15-25 minutes.
7. Take out the pizza from the oven and add your desired toppings.
