The Merchants Boutique is a medium-scale clothe dealer located in the growing industrial center of Gaborone Botswana. The Boutique is a relatively new business in its start-up phase having gotten incorporated recently. The present trend towards a hoist in the entrepreneurial enterprises and an ever rising competition amongst existing companies offers a feasible opportunity for The Merchants to make a way into the market. Our products will thus get stocked with vigilance (Campanelli, 2008). We shall ensure high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. That will get supported by an impeccable service to our clients. As The Merchants strive to prosper, the surrounding communities will increasingly benefit from both the value we create and our behavior as a corporate citizen.
The business initially plans to deal with two lines of products. These are clothing and jewelry that will get stocked in two outlets in Gaborone, Botswana. The idea get sourced by the fact that the places seem to have a shortage of stores dealing with same products. The market is thus readily available and viable for our products. Flexibility, customer focus, service-orient and non-limit to success make us the best for the deal. To prosper, The Merchants will need to be flexible and responsive. We get aimed to provide customer with what they want, when they want, and before the competitors. The Merchants have identified The Thrillers Fashions to be its sole suppliers and the latter have agreed to the commitment. We have established a full 24 hours communication channels that will cater for customers complaints or even order door-delivery. Challenges get also expected, but we are not quitters (Agard, 2007).
Products and services
The Merchants presets to stock ready-to-wear designer lines, contemporary apparel and other accessories for women. Clothing lines consist of weekend MaxMini, James Jean, AG jeans, Vince, Tosca and goat during start up. Accessories with have wardrobe accessories, sachets, hungers and lint brushes. Fashion accessories will consist of local designer jewelry, belts, scarves, hats, Tanjane Lingerie and Illux. We are destined to offer the services in our stores and also home delivery (Agard, 2007).

To attain short run boost, The Merchants aims to employee fifty percent experienced workers. The management, for instance, will constitute of employees with at least three years exposure in the line of fashion and design.
