Concept and forms of law enforcement
The realization of law is a process of influence of legal norms on the legal behavior of subjects. For example, before engaging in entrepreneurial activity, citizens can:
1. Obtain the relevant registration certificate (TIN);
2. You have to pay your state duty and so on.
Thus, the realization of law means the achievement of full compatibility between subsequent actual actions, by performing (or not) performing certain actions in accordance with the requirements of the norms.
There are 4 forms of law enforcement:
1. Compliance. It is regulated by prohibitive norms, that is, avoiding prohibitive actions;
2. Executive. It sets certain tasks and demands their execution.
3. Use. It provides for the voluntary use of subjective rights of legal subjects.
4. Application. It permits the competent authorities to issue specific legal acts, as a result of which the relevant individual acts are carried out.
