Age Criteria (As On 30th June):

PLAY GROUP:1.5yrs - 2.5yrs

NURSERY:2.5yrs - 3.5yrs

PP1:3.5yrs - 4.5yrs

PP2:4.5yrs - 5.5yrs

Admission Requirements:

1. 4 photographs (passport size only).

2. 2 photographs along with parents or guardians for ID card (passport size only).

3. Transfer letter if child is joining from another center.

4. Child should be 18 months as on June 30th for admission to Play Group.

5. Transfer letter / Relieving letter in case your child is coming from a different school.

Indoors
Art & craft room as the name suggests is used for art & craft activity. Children come to this room as per the time table schedule. They wear aprons as some children are very finicky about their dresses getting dirty. Art material used is 100% non toxic & from reputed companies like Funskool and OK play. We take care to see that children do not nibble on the crayon or accidentally put anything in their eyes.

A/V room is for T.V viewing time, story telling and also for rhyme time. T.V viewing is restricted to moral stories, catchy rhymes CD or religious movies that we show on festivals. Stage is good for the children to overcome shyness. All kinds of safety measures are taken.

Gym room is the most happening place in our school. It is nice to see children having fun on the trampoline, balance beam or just doing simple floor exercises while preening at themselves in the mirror.

Play school for a child means his first home away from home. Children are inquisitive by nature so the play school should be able to give them ample/lot of opportunity to explore, experiment, express his/her ideas freely.

Our play school is particularly child friendly and child centric in nature. There are no class rooms, only cheerful –thematic rooms. These would be changed periodically to give new learning experience each and every time.

Each and every room is well ventilated with ample light to keep the environment cool and pollution-free. The furniture is also chosen with great care. There are no sharp corners and rough surfaces. It is visually appealing and comfortable.

Outdoors

This is a multi-purpose area used for outdoor play as well as conducting special days and if space permits, everyday morning assembly.

The show and tell sessions during the Nature walks give the children awareness of the world around. Teacher might point out a flower or a colourful butterfly and ask the children to say a line or two.

Once a fortnight depending on the weather, the splash pool activity is organised. Children enjoy and look forward to this particular activity. It is not only a fun activity, care is taken to see that children do not push each other or fight in the pool.

The pool is filled only to the safe level and with clean water in the morning of the activity.

Mud pit area wins the most popular spot award hands down. Children love to make sand castles, imaginary eatables or just pouring sand in the buckets. We are always around to see that they don’t throw sand on each other and children are properly dusted after the activity.
