Nowadays, many students want to pursue MBA, having a thought that MBA is sufficient to get a job with higher package. Is it necessary? I mean it`s quite obvious for a graduate that having MBA degree will help them to get a better salary. But why MBA is so important for a better salary? Of course the answer of this question is that “Everybody is doing, why not us!” Seniors, friends, and juniors everyone is either doing or preparing for it.
In fact due to this trend we have many top b schools in India promising 100% placement; these schools are even categories in category like A++, A+, A, B+ and many more. Here are some of the college categories for the same like:

... Not only MBA education has become a joke for students but it is same for every course, whether it is MBA/ BBA/ B.com or any other course. Lately it has been found in a survey that students doesn`t Google or think about which course is suitable according to their stream but they Google or ask their seniors about “top b schools in India”, “top bba colleges” and like that. Degree isn`t important for one`s life, In any case an individual needs to be effective in his/her about their passion, goals and skills. These colleges are not here to provide education to students but they all are here for money making purpose. Once you get graduate they all be around you with lots of promises like 100% package, high ambience, best teacher faculty etc especially when doing bachelor of business administration, who commit to deliver value based education over a platform where academic bridge the gap between a student and his dreams. Not every Mba or bba colleges are like that some are very genuine about the growth of a child and provide education on the bases of the talent not on the bases of the pocket that is full of money. Every state has top b schools and facility of doing bachelor of Business Administration which are termites to our education systems. Education is all about Desire, Dedication and Determination. It`s not a trend that you will follow for the sake of society. Education explains how the person are you, it defines you in this society not create you to be a part of follow-ship. It helps a person to build opinions and have his/her own perspective about the life. It gives us knowledge of the world around us that change it into something good something better.
