McNally Management recently worked on the Bus Depot at St Marys, Sydney, Australia.
The development of this bus depot by Goodman Australia involved construction of a warehouse, spray paint booths, vehicle repair depot, bus wash bay, workshop, office, staff amenities, bus and car parking facilities and a re-fuelling bay.

McNally Management represented the client Comfort Delgro Cabcharge Pty Ltd and monitored progress and compliance of the project.

McNally Management also recently worked on the Bus Depot, Seven Hills, Sydney, Australia. A multi-stage project involving demolition, construction and refurbishment of an old drum factory into a bus depot. The final development boasts modern facilities for maintenance, refuelling, wash bay and parking for 167 buses plus up-to-date amenities for 150 drivers, 20 office staff and 10 mechanics.
