Safety and security is a necessity for every premise be it commercial or residential. With the increasing construction of buildings there is an ascending requirement for safety officials. The 1A class of safety license is for the unarmed guards who look after the safety of various residential and commercial buildings. Armed bodyguards are given the 1B class of license with which they can work as customised guards for ministers and other high class officials. On the submission of criminal training records from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) the candidates are given NSW police clearance with which they can obtain a full NSW security license. After obtaining certificate I in safety operations a candidate can apply for certificate II and III, he must make sure that the RTO he is applying to covers all the training essentials necessary for the field.
