DENTAL CARE TIPS
Tip 1 - Use the right brushing technique.

A soft-bristled toothbrush should be placed at an angle of forty-five degrees to the periodontium (your gums). The brush should be moved with gentle strokes to and fro in the direction of the tooth enamel rods i.e in a perpendicular direction. The buccal (sides), lingual (back), & labial (front) surfaces should be covered using this technique.

An alcohol-free mouthwash is recommended by many dentists to avid the side effects of this ingredient. Chlorhexidine and triclosan-containing mouthwashes are recommended by many periodontists in patients facing regular plaque buildup.
A mint flavor mouthwash is clinically proven to restore a fresh breath and avoids bad breath after an oral rinse. Natural mouthwashes such as the popular oil pulling method can be made a part of your oral care regimen if you are uncomfortable with the chemicals in a traditional mouthwash. Oral health and oral hygiene maintenance can go a long way due to the deep cleansing action of a mouthwash where a toothbrush or dental floss cannot reach. An antiseptic mouthwash can be used in the case of an infection, dry mouth or gum disease.
