How To Tackle Bowel Problems?
You may be suffering from frequent bowel movements or no movement at all. Be it frequent or infrequent bowel movement it is still considered abnormal. It needs to be treated if not it will lead to the formation of toxins in your digestive system if it is not expelled from time to time.
However, there are people who get more bowel movements and it is still normal. We are focusing only on those who have frequent ones but which is not normal. It would be difficult to say how many movements are considered normal.
Lack of these movements may be due to what you have consumed. You may be suffering from constipation due to lack of water in your system. This leads to the hardening up of stool and you find it painful to pass it. Dehydration can be treated
by drinking water which is 2litres and more. Water also puts a lot of pressure in your tummy and expels the faecal matter soon.
Fibre is another crucial thing that has to be added in your diet. These can be provided through vegetables and fruits. Green leafy vegetables, cabbage, drum stick, orange, banana are all rich in fibre. If you consume them they will ...
... soon add bulk to your stomach walls and force out the faecal matter which may other wise turn out to be toxins in your system.
Try out aerobic exercise, morning walk or simple exercise at home to bring about that pressure. Getting into this habit will ease your constipation symptoms.
A normal bowel movement is different for each person and may vary in consistency and frequency. There are, however, several indications that a bowel movement is abnormal and may be the sign of a more serious problem. It could be a foul smelling stool, the colour may be different than usual, and frequency will also be irregular.
Bowel incontinence often occurs because the rectal sphincter is less able to handle large amounts of liquid stool. Often, simply changing the diet may reduce the occurrence of bowel incontinence.
Take alcohol and caffeine off the diet, because they may cause diarrhea and incontinence is some people. Additionally, certain people develop diarrhea after eating dairy foods because they are unable to digest lactose, a sugar found in most dairy products. Some food additives such as nutmeg and sorbitol have also been shown to cause diarrhea in certain people.
