The immune system is the body’s defense against invaders and infectious organisms. It protects our body from outside threat and when it’s on point, it’s a lifesaver. But there are many people who tolerate the worst of illness while some people come across just a cold. The answer to this problem is a weak immune system. Moreover, if the immune system starts attacking the body instead of safeguarding it, then you can also come across an autoimmune disorder like type 1 diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis.
If the system which is meant to protect us gets weak, then our body can face serious health issues. You need to start defending yourself against the harmful external bacteria or virus and make your body healthy again.
Read below certain symptoms of a weak immune system.

1.Persistent Infections

Even healthy adults develop multiple infections frequently and it might be a signal that your body can’t protect itself very well. The body is not producing an actual response against the external agents. Some common examples include urinary tract infections, gingivitis, diarrhoea, and stomach infections, ...
... which indicate a weak immune system. But if your immune system is weak, then it becomes hard to kill bacterial pathogens. Hence, never-ending infections return time and again.

2.Incessant fatigue

When your immune system struggles, you feel extremely tired and so does your level of energy. From the sleep cycle getting disturbed to joints or muscle pain, these are few of the symptoms that indicate something is going on with your body’s defenses.

Often times, the body is trying to conserve the energy to fuel your immune system. Therefore, you feel tired no matter how many cups of black coffee you gulp. This can make a lot of situations annoying including daily work at the office, socializing, etc. You need to pay attention to these activities as it starts hampering your day to day activities.

3.Never-ending cold

For a lot of us, the cold isn’t anything serious. However, it’s one of the most common symptoms and one gets cold despite taking necessary precautions. Small changes in the temperature can stimulate cold and weaken your body. The immune system usually takes three to four days to develop antibodies and fight off the cold. Moreover, this cold stay for at least seven to ten days. All these factors indicate that the white blood cell count is low and you need to visit a doctor soon.

4.Repeated allergies

There are certain allergies that don’t depend on your immune system but if you get allergic frequently then it indicates a weak immune system. The body sometimes doesn’t accept certain environmental factors or pollens.

5.Insistent dehydration

There’s a reason why everyone recommends you to drink water every time you fall sick. Fluids have a cleansing quality as it removes the toxins and harmful chemical from the body. The accumulation of electrolytes manages the immune system and a dehydrated body is an open door for all sorts of attacks.

To conclude, including whole grains, green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and dairy products or vitamin B supplement in your daily diet will be beneficial for your immune system.
