1. JAIPUR

Jaipur is known as Pink City because of its distinctive saffron and pink colored buildings. It forms one of three cities of the renowned Golden Triangle, which is the most popular route of tourist coming to India. Surrounding the Ana Sagar Lake, the city of Ajmer is. Ajmer shows the earliest Muslim architecture and is a heritage city for Muslims, because of the presence of domed shrine of the Chistiya founder, Khwaja Muin-ud-Din Chisti.
Pushkar is a small town near Ajmer known by the moniker of Pilgrimage City because of hundreds of temples. It is world famous for the annual Pushkar Camel fair, which is a grand five-day affair in October/ November. Earlier the hunting grounds for the maharajas, it got the National Park status in 1980. It also houses the attractive Ranthambore Fort. The National Park has endemic species of wildlife, but most famous for tigers.
