During the management class, a positive aspect was that the instructor is creating a good learning environment. The instructor ensured that the students felt confident in the class and would be free to ask any questions. The second positive aspect is the fact that the instructor encouraged students to have classroom discussions. The issue of money in politics is a major problem in the country. When money is involved in a political aspect, it can contribute to an increase in corruption. Because of the high cost needed to run for political office, it makes people and corporations with money to manipulate the outcome of election and influence policies. If I were in charge of the government, I would fix this problem by implementing laws that limit the amount of money and also the sources of money used in the running for office. In doing this, it will help reduce corruption and unethical practices that are involved in the political arena. So as to reduce the negative impact of money in the political process, there will be severe penalties for those individuals and also corporations that are found to be funding people or those involved in influencing the policies made in their favor.

A major advantage of technology is that it has helped to improve communication. With the use of technology, communication has become very easy; thus, ensuring easy access to information anywhere and at any time. Technology also provides the advantage of productivity and efficiency. That applies in the case of businesses as the technology advances have helped to increase production through saving money and time in the industry. Despite the benefits of technology, there are certain disadvantages with one being increased loneliness. The use of technology has contributed to an increase in social isolation as people have started using technology to do almost everything; thus, limiting the time that people have face-to-face interaction. The increased use of technology has the disadvantage of reducing our intelligence and creativity. Technology has a significant effect on the relationship between the society and business. The major impact is that it has helped businesses to have a close and fast interaction with the society as it is possible to respond to the queries of people and also know the needs of the society and fulfill their needs.
