Non-surgical Weight Loss Techniques

Modern society is so aesthetically conscious; everything matters like clothes, jobs, homes, credit limit, and even your waist size. I don't think I've known anyone who's not conscious about any of the above. That's because our society today are influenced by the skinny supermodels, steroid using macho men and the commercially pleasant people on TV.
You see, in this overly conscious world we live in, it's even come to the point where our waist size dictates how pleasing we are to look at; case in point, the skinny supermodels. With that being said, I want you to take a look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you're fine with the way you look. If you can't do that, then you're probably conscious with the way you look, whether it's the way you dress or how much you weigh; the latter would probably be the bigger factor since a lot of the wardrobe being made today get smaller and smaller.
You've probably seen a lot of dietary and weight loss ads in the printed media like magazines or in TV commercials. They might probably cost you a few hundred dollars or even thousands, along with the risk of allergic ...
... reactions caused by medications. What I am about to impart unto you are 2 non-surgical weight loss techniques; they may be strange but they really can help you achieve your desired weight loss goal.
First Technique - eat food with your non-dominant hand
Doesn't make sense? Allow me to explain. If you're right handed, you'd probably feel awkward using a spoon with your left hand; and vice versa. But then you might ask, "How can awkwardness help me lose weight?"
The theory behind this is that it'll take a longer time for you to eat with your non-dominant hand simply because you're used to using your other hand. This means that you're actually controlling the amount of calories you're taking in per minute and your body will be giving out a signal to the brain that it's full. By eating a bit slower than usual, you're more likely to consume less than what you're accustomed to.
Second Technique - Chew a piece of gum or brush your teeth after eating
This is a more conventional technique. What you're trying to accomplish is that you want to stop eating after you've brushed your teeth or chewed on a piece of gum. It's pretty obvious that after you've brushed your teeth, you probably won't be eating again for the simple reason that you don't want to brush your teeth again. You can also take this one step further and brush your teeth after eating half of your meal.
While these techniques may seem a bit stranger than non-surgical weight loss techniques, every little thing helps when it comes to losing weight. Remember, it's the little things that make up a larger whole. You can implement these techniques in conjunction with your fitness program or diet scheme. Try these techniques for 2 weeks and see how far you've come to controlling how much you eat.
