You can also take a print out online, there are several exercises that you can follow. But, before trying it out ask your Physician if you can try it and for how long each of this exercise must be followed.

Excess urine production can sometimes lead to incontinence by overwhelming the bladder and urethra. Last, you can attempt to retrain your bladder. Often people get into the habit of going to the bathroom so often that they eventually feel the need to urinate even when there's little urine in the bladder. Frequent urination can lead to an overactive bladder. Bladder retraining tries to teach the bladder to hold more before signaling the need to go. Therefore, you gain control over your bladder too.
