Bangalore is a cool travel destination located in the southern east of South India. It is a capital city of the state Karnataka. Its pleasant climate, wonderful gardens and beautiful parks makes you to have an exciting trip. Bangalore is not only for the tourist but also for the students. Yes! It is a hottest destination for education and career. It is a hub of researchers and many students from various countries and cities. Bangalore got many historical monuments and you have many sightseeing as well. The city surrounded by many lakes and parks. This article will give you a brief introduction about the various tourist spot in Bangalore.

Historical Monuments:

Vidhana Soudha:

It is the magnificent structured building constructed in the year of 1956. It is the administrative building of the state government of Karnataka. It houses the state secretariat and the legislature. It's a majestic building symbolize the power and the dignity of the people. On every Sunday the building looks fabulous with illuminations.

Tipu Sultan Palace:

You can visit the palace from Thursday to Saturday but the entry is based on the availability of tickets.

Bangalore Palace:

Bangalore Palace is located at Guttahalli in Bangalore. It was built by the Maharaja of Mysore in the year 1887. The palace has spread over an area of 430 acres. It is surrounded by a garden and its gracefully carved woodwork. It's ultimately a beautiful palace and a great monument of Bangalore. Besides historical spots, Bangalore has museums with ancient galleries. Let us see the peculiar things about the museums established in Bangalore below

Museum:

Art Gallery:

It is also called as Government museum. This is one of the oldest museums established in the year of 1866 and located near Kasturba Gandhi Road. This gallery has over 600 paintings. You can enjoy seeing the paintings of Mr.Venkatappa on the ground floor. It includes a panoramic view of the Ooty Nilgris Mountain, lake view from the hillside, sunrises in Ooty, View from church hill etc.

Technological Museum:

It is called as visvesvaraya Industrial and technological Museum located in the heart of the Bangalore city. It is managed by NCSM (National council of science museum), Government of India. This museum has around one million visitors a year. It is solely dedicated to Science and technology. It contains the electro technical hall, Fun science hall, space hall, biotechnology hall and dinosaur corner. Besides Smithsonoan (USA), this is the only museum have a full scale replica of the flyer created in the year 1903 by Wright brothers. It attracts many student and researchers.

Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium:

It was founded in the year of 1989 and located in the heart of the city. This Museum provides knowledge about the things happening in the Universe such as twinkling stars, meteoroids, comets, constellations, rotating solar system and other cosmic events. While visiting to Nehru Planetarium, you must also see the Musical dancing fountain. It is just opposite to Nehru Planetarium.

Bangalore has got warm climate. It is the place suitable for all the seasons. We can visit Bangalore during the summer as well as the winter. It has unique tourist destination. The above are the popular destination that you should never miss to see. Apart from this, we have lot of ancient churches, parks and lakes. It also got many resorts and spa. Bangalore is one of the wonderful tourist destinations in India.
