Eczema is a group of skin disorders and affects the people of all ages. It is also known by the name of dermatitis. It is of different nature and sometimes it may be of very severe kind. We can say that it is a variety of inflammatory skin condition. The skin becomes itchy hot and dry in its mild condition but in its severe form even skin may be broken, bleeding and raw. Its main problem is the dryness of the skin. It is not contagious but sometimes it gives very unpleasant look.

It is found that the eczema is the result of the combination of the genetically weak skin as well as the improper functioning of the immune system. The condition of eczema is accelerated by eating specific kinds of food or when any one comes in contact with external allergens and pathogens. The condition of eczema becomes worse when there is a sudden change in environmental condition, and also when our immune system becomes weak due to poor nutrition and stress.

Usually in childhood or especially during infancy we see the symptoms of eczema. Its main symptoms are itchy, dry, scaly skin, rashes on the arms, legs, cheeks and cracks behind ...

Generally eczema is hereditary but in some case it may be aggravated by irritants like detergents, solvents, smoke and chemicals. The condition of the eczema is also accelerated by excessive stress, emotional stress, heat and weather conditions. The other causes of the eczema are deficiency of vitamin B6 and improper blood circulation.

Eczema may be cured naturally

1. Make a paste of 1 teaspoon camphor and 1 teaspoon sandal wood. Apply this paste over the affected area. You can also apply nutmeg paste over the rashes.

2. To relieve from itching, apply natural vitamin E on the rashes.

3. Zinc is very effective for eczema. It can be taken in both the forms. It may be taken orally or may be applied directly over the affected area.

4. Make a habit to drink tomato juice daily. It is very effective.

5. Inflammation is also reduced by applying the lotion of blueberry leaves over the affected area and also by making use of shark cartilage.

6. Washing with pine tar soap is also very effective in the treatment of eczema.
