Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys
After the occurrence of this error message, you cannot ...
... access the disk partition. The major reason behind this issue is discussed further. NTFS file system has a driver file named ntfs.sys, which allows the windows computer to read/write data to NTFS partitions. Over here cd and drive are the drive letters of CD-ROM drive and primary partition
2.If in case this doesn't resolve your problem, then your problem might be a result of disk-related issue. Therefore, you can run chkdsk/r command from Recovery Console command prompt
3.If the problem persists, you must repair or reinstall the Windows installation on your system. In order to restore the deleted data after Windows reinstall, you can use the last valid backup.
