As is known to all, fruits are rich in nutrients and bioactive substances which are beneficial to our health. For many people, "A fruit A day" is become a standard healthy diet. However, not all people know how we can entirely absorb fruits' nutrients to the body without adverse effects when eating fruits. So you should learn to grasp the different time.

In the morning, the best fruits are apples, pears and grapes. Eating fruits in the morning can help digestion, absorption and enabling constipation. People may feel refreshed all day because of the taste of sweet and sour from fruits. After a night of rest, the function of gastrointestinal is still active, the digestion is not strong. Fruits such as apples, pears, grapes, in which acid are not too strong and astringent fruit are not too strong, are very fit for people's health.

Pineapple contains bromelain which help digesting of protein to supplement the body's lack of digestive enzymes to enhance digestion. The papaya enzyme contained in papaya helps the body decompose meat protein. Eating a small amount of papaya after meals has the function of preventing gastric ulcer, gastroenteritis, dyspepsia, kiwi, orange and hawthorn are rich in organic acids, which increase activity of digestive enzyme, promote fat decomposition and help digestion.

As many fruits are rich in sugar, which easily leads to obesity due to excess calories, so it is harmful to your health if you eat fruits as midnight snack. However, if your sleep is not very good, a piece of longan may be better for you.
