Linden Homes Western reports that the run on sales at Essence, its flagship development of new homes in Bristol has continued into the spring. In the space of just four months 55 apartments have been snapped up.

Linden Homes' sales director Rowena Miles is busy trying to keep up with demand.

It's the combination of location, great design and realistic prices that makes Essence the most sought after address in town.

Interest in Cheltenham Road, Montpelier has grown recently with historic buildings being revived, the advent of some stylish restaurants and shops and the recent marketing of a £3 million property. Linden Homes is creating a landmark building at Essence to sit alongside the buildings it is renovating. It will provide apartments as well as shops and offices. Within walking distance of Cabot Circus, it offers home hunters the chance to live in a brand new, state of the art apartment in bohemian Montpelier whilst remaining close to all the city centre action.

However, anyone interested in this up and coming part of town needs to act quickly. There is currently only a handful of two bedroom ...
... apartments left and with real value for money prices starting at £169,995, this could be the last opportunity to own a home at Essence.

Fusing historic and modern, Essence features some striking architectural design. Inside, the apartments are equally stylish. The chic Nobilia kitchens have fitted stainless steel appliances from AEG and the sleek bathrooms and en-suites come with sanitaryware from Ideal Standard, Porcelanosa tiles and Trevi Link thermostatic showers. Kitchens and bathrooms have recessed downlighters and unlike many new homes in Bristol, these at Essence boast gas fired central heating.

While Montpelier's eclectic range of shops, bars, pubs and eateries are within strolling distance, Bristol's historic harbour with its chic bars and restaurants is also within easy reach. Communication links into the heart of Bristol and surrounding area via the A38 and Montpelier train station are excellent, making this a great choice for commuters.

Further details are available from the Linden One Stop on 0845 676 0129 open daily from 10am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit www.lindenhomes.co.uk.
