Here are some fun eye exercises that may help with your vision.

Make sure to start slowly and work up from there, do not strain or
force your eyes. Do not wear glasses or contacts while doing these
Exercises.

1. With closed eyes, look toward the sun for 30 seconds then gently
massage your still-closed eyelids and see the colors.

2. Spend some time gazing at the full, or nearly full moon.

3. Rotate your eyes. As you do, pause for 15-30 seconds at your
upper left, straight to the left, down to the left, down to the right,
straight to the right, and at your upper right. Look at where you
imagine the center of your mouth is, the tip of your nose and between
your eyebrows.

4. Focus on a close object, and then a distant object. Then, focus
back and forth quickly.

5. Type something on a sheet of paper and tack it to your wall at eye
level. Stand at a distance where you ...
... can read it comfortably. Each
day, see if you can read it from a little farther away, and also a little
Closer.

I hope you like this and will benefit from it. Thanks for reading.
Jan
