If you just barely got thru the Christmas season mailing the cards late (as I did), you may want to be prepared next time by using family address labels. I wasn't prepared this year and instead sat down to write out every name and address on the envelope, not to mention my own name and address on each one also. It wound up being about a three day project due to constant interruption with other things going on. If I had used address labels, I would have completed the job in a matter of minutes.
If you are new to using address labels, they are very easy to set up in your computer. You may use a program such as Microsoft Word to create the labels. Word is recommended because they usually have every brand and size of label already programmed into the software. You just have to select the right one and start typing the addresses. In using family address labels, you can save time out of your season by using these self-stick labels. It takes just a few minutes to type in the names and addresses and then you are done. The file can be transported thru email or memory card if you need to take them with you to another location. Another great idea to use these address labels is on invitations. If you like to stick with the theme of the occasion, you can usually find a great font style to go with your label on the envelope.
