How To Revamp Your Bed With Luxurious Bedding Sets

You may choose wool, silk, feathers or synthetic polyester. Any one of these options would be great choices. For those who suffer allergies, I suggest checking the labels of any bed linens, it will say if it is hypoallergenic.

After choosing your quilt or comforter, you may like to add a simple throw on the end of the bed. If you chose a printed fabric for the sheets and comforter, then the wise choice would be a solid accent colour for the throw. Take a long look at your bed now, it is warm and cosy. It is really getting close to the luxurious bed you are craving for. You need just a few more little details to make it perfect.

For a luxury look add several different sizes and shapes of pillows on top of the bed. Choose several coloured pillows that go with the comforter. For the headboard, it is nice to use two large bed pillows stacked against each other for a feeling of depth. Now you have a bed that looks like a room designer did the work!

If you want to take your bed on step further, then add a light canopy above your bed. The canopy is certainly more feminine that masculine, but I think a man could appreciate the beauty of a canopy topped bed. For a sexy canopy I suggest using organza or lace type fabric. Remember you bedroom is your own private sanctuary; decorate it in way that when you walk in, it will have a calming feeling for you.

Now you know that bedding sets are more than just sheets and comforters. It is about luxury, and a feeling that you create within your bedroom. The bed is the focal point of the room, and should evoke a luxurious, calm feeling within you.
