Building A Healthy Line Of Defense With The Diet For The Child In Spring

Spring is not only the season of recovery for all things, but also the fastest growth and development season for baby. So we should pay attention to the supply of baby of adequate nutrition in order to meet its rapid growth and development of the body's needs. Besides, the spring is also a season when bacteria and viruses become active, therefore, we have to enhance the baby's immunity and build a healthy baby line of defense.

Foods rich in vitamin A include animal liver, egg yolk, butter and cod liver oil.
